The memories and experiences of your past, are what lead to the actions you have made through out your life!

1. Make a list of the pros and cons in your life…
2. What are your main needs? (Make sure to be aware that your wants and needs are both very different things!)
3. Now, list your main wants! (Your wants are things you can live without needs are something you can not!)
Do This EVERY 6 MONTHS To Reaccess Yourself! Nothing stays the same forever.
By doing this you can always be aware of your intentions for yourself! So this way, when you look toward your future you have a clear view of what you want for yourself!
